Right in the middle of the founding process, Marcel ran into Christof Schnyder by chance on the street – in front of Loeb, in Berne, on a completely ordinary morning. Christof happened to be personally carrying the seed capital from one bank to another: CHF 20,000 in a backpack, cash, ready to go. No meeting scheduled, no agenda – just two people, a backpack full of trust, and an idea bigger than the moment. That's how CNEXT started. Today that means SharePoint platforms, Power automations, AI agents and digital workplace solutions for Swiss businesses – but it all began on a pavement in Berne.
