A SharePoint Health Check is a structured assessment of a Microsoft 365 tenant's SharePoint environment: governance configuration, security settings, usage statistics, storage efficiency, search configuration and compliance posture. CNEXT delivers a written health check report with a prioritised RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status and action plan.

Yes. All CNEXT SharePoint Health Checks are conducted remotely: CNEXT receives temporary Global Reader + SharePoint Admin access to the tenant, runs PowerShell scripts and M365 Admin Centre reports, analyses findings and delivers the report via email. No on-site visit required. CNEXT works fully within the Swiss data boundary.
After the health check: CNEXT presents findings and recommendations in a 60-minute Teams meeting. For each finding, CNEXT indicates: effort to fix (hours), priority (critical/high/medium/low) and whether CNEXT can fix it (with a cost estimate). The client decides which items to address independently vs. with CNEXT support.
