The Challenge
The classic ICT infrastructure was expensive to run, too rigid for rapid growth, and blocked the integration of new technologies. Security and identity management were also not at the level a globally active company requires.

Our Solution
We migrated the entire server infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. In parallel, we deployed Microsoft Entra ID for centralized identity management, configured Conditional Access policies following Zero Trust principles, and rolled out Microsoft 365 as the new digital workplace.

The Result
BMC now operates entirely in the cloud. IT maintenance costs have dropped, security has improved, and teams across 50+ countries work on a shared platform. The infrastructure scales with company growth without constantly buying new hardware.
