- Hybrid Work
01
The Challenge
Communication ran via email and phone, B2B partners were difficult to include, and a shared digital foundation was missing. BMC needed a solution that works regardless of location and securely brings in external suppliers.
02
Our Solution
We rolled out Microsoft Teams and linked it with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Planner.
We set up tailored team structures for each department, defined governance policies, and ran a phased rollout with training.
Bringing B2B partners in via guest accounts was a central part of the project.
03
The Result
Teams is now BMC's hub for global collaboration.
Product development cycles are shorter, coordination between locations is faster, and everyone – from Switzerland to Asia – works on the same platform.
We supported them from planning through to migration.
