We built a Translation Management System on SharePoint Online.
Clients submit requests via a structured form.
Power Automate automatically assigns orders to the right translator based on idiom and availability.
A Kanban board shows the status of all orders.
The integrated intranet bundles terminology databases and style guides.

Average turnaround time reduced by 50%. Over 1,000 translation orders are efficiently processed annually. All parties have real-time visibility into order status.
