The Challenge
Legal cases were tracked in Excel, documents sat on decentralized file servers, and approvals ran by email. Growing document volumes and tighter data protection requirements made a modern, audit-ready solution the right next step.

Our Solution
We implemented a digital case file system on SharePoint Online. Every case has a structured dossier with metadata, integrated document management, automated approval and notification workflows, and full audit trails.
Documents are automatically transferred to the state archive after 10 years. Role-based access protects sensitive data.

The Result
Processing time for legal cases has dropped significantly. Staff work location-independently, and every action is traceable. The solution meets all cantonal data protection and compliance requirements.
