Legal opinions, contract reviews, and powers of attorney relied on physical documents and personal signatures. AEW wanted to modernize the process: digital, transparent, and accessible around the clock.

Our Solution
We built a digital legal service desk in AEW's SharePoint intranet.
Employees submit requests via an SPFx webpart, the system automatically creates a digital case dossier with the right permissions.
Documents like powers of attorney are auto-generated from master data, digital signatures replace physical ones, and a full workflow manages each request through to completion.

The Result
Processing times dropped significantly, requests are possible round the clock, and all processes are fully documented. The team has a complete overview of all open and closed legal matters for the first time.
