The Challenge
AEW wanted to centralize information and communication: content accessible in one place instead of scattered across file shares, processes running digitally instead of by email. The goal: hub sites for navigation, department sites, DMS, workflows, digital forms, a wiki, and enterprise search.

Our Solution
We built the intranet from scratch. In workshops with key staff, we gathered requirements, then implemented hub sites for cross-departmental navigation and individual department sites.
Added a DMS with versioning, automated approval workflows, and digital forms replacing paper. We integrated Microsoft Teams and the Power Platform directly.

The Result
The new intranet is the first stop for all employees. Internal communication is measurably faster and more direct. Documents are findable, processes run digitally. The platform grows with AEW's requirements.
