The Challenge
Market checks ran unsystematically: notes in Excel, photos in personal phone galleries, reports by email. No central view on markets, no comparability, no early warning for out-of-stock situations, no controlling for trade marketing investments.

Our Solution
We built the app in a few weeks with Replit and vibe coding – mobile-first, running directly in the smartphone browser, no app store deployment needed. Field staff capture shelf placements, photos, prices, and competitor observations in a structured form.
Photos are stored with metadata in EU object storage. Automatic PDF reports, analytics cockpit with heatmaps, configurable alerts for out-of-stock and price violations.

The Result
REV Ritter has a productive market inspection app in use. Field staff document in a structured way instead of using Excel and phone galleries.
Reports are immediately available. For the first time, trade marketing controlling can measure investments against actual execution at the point of sale.
