The Challenge
Forms covering everything from student documentation to practice reports existed on paper and required manual filing and distribution. The goal was a standardized, fully digital process for students, lecturers, and administrative staff.

Our Solution
We built over 100 digital forms with Power Apps – fillable on any device, saved and sent without paper. Power Automate connects the forms to the right systems and sends automatic notifications, approvals, and reminders.

The Result
The form jungle is history. BZ Pflege – one of Switzerland's largest nursing schools with around 2,000 students – has taken a major step toward a modern educational organization thanks to Power Platform.
