The Challenge
Resources were reserved via Excel lists and email. Double-bookings frustrated teachers, equipment was hard to find, and the secretariat spent hours on manual coordination.

Our Solution
We built a reservation system with Power Apps, embedded directly as a tab in Microsoft Teams.
Clear calendar for all bookable resources, automatic conflict checking, email confirmations, admin dashboard.
Recurring bookings for semester courses, wait lists, and QR code check-in for equipment handout.

The Result
Since launch: zero double-bookings. The secretariat saves 10+ hours per week, and over 500 reservations are processed monthly without issues.
