The Challenge
Every year hundreds of new students start their training.
For each one, IT had to manually create accounts, set up email, assign Teams channels, configure SharePoint permissions, and enroll them in Moodle courses.
At the start of each school year, the IT team was tied up with user management for weeks.

Our Solution
We built a fully automated user lifecycle solution. The system connects via API to ESCADA.
When a student is registered there, it automatically creates a Microsoft 365 account, assigns the right Teams class, sets SharePoint permissions, and enrolls in all semester courses in Moodle. On exit, all access is automatically deactivated.

The Result
The complete user lifecycle runs fully automated in under 5 minutes. IT saves 95% of manual work. Over 800 users are automatically provisioned and deprovisioned every year.
