M+P Ingenieure AG, with sensitive client projects in infrastructure and construction, was increasingly targeted by phishing attacks.
Simple passwords, no second factor, no visibility into potential security incidents.
A successful attack would have put confidential construction plans and client data at risk.

Our Solution
We implemented a Zero Trust security strategy based on Microsoft Entra ID.
Conditional Access policies control access by user, device, location, and risk level.
MFA for all users with Microsoft Authenticator.
Identity Protection monitors sign-in anomalies and automatically blocks suspicious activity.
Privileged Identity Management protects admin accounts with just-in-time access.

The Result
All 45 employees use MFA. The Microsoft Secure Score rose to 95%. In the first year, over 500 phishing attempts were automatically blocked. Staff can work securely from construction sites and home offices.
