The Challenge
M+P Ingenieure managed over 200,000 project documents on a Windows file share. Folder structures up to 15 levels deep made finding things a test of patience.

Our Solution
We migrated all project data to SharePoint Online with metadata-based document management. Automatic tagging with project ID, document type, phase, and responsible person.
Central project dashboard with status, milestones, and documents. Co-authoring enables parallel editing without version conflicts.

Average search time reduced from 10 minutes to under 2 minutes – 80% faster. Version conflicts are history. All 45 employees particularly appreciate mobile access directly from construction sites.
