The Challenge
Dropbox lacked adequate security features, wasn't integrated into workflows, and made it hard to include external partners like producers and accounting firms. Communication ran across too many channels with no unified platform.

Our Solution
We set up SharePoint Online as central document management, OneDrive for personal storage, and Microsoft Teams as the communication hub.
External partners were securely brought into Teams via guest accounts.
The Dropbox migration was done with full mapping of folder structures and permissions.

The Result
ILEVE now works on a secure, integrated Microsoft 365 environment. Collaboration with external partners happens directly in Teams, documents are centrally available, and security is at the right level.
