The Challenge
The Microsoft 365 tenant had grown organically for years: many SharePoint sites, OneDrives of former employees, Teams groups with unclear ownership, redundant document libraries. Storage filling up, findability suffering, permissions hard to oversee – and the next steps like Copilot rollout needed a clean foundation.

Our Solution
We started with a complete tenant inventory: storage heatmap, orphaned sites, duplicates, and legacy content identified.
Then controlled cleanup waves – archiving into the right target, clean deletion with justification, re-owner processes.
In parallel, we designed the target architecture: hub structure, naming conventions, templates, permission models, sensitivity and retention labels, and governance guardrails.

The Result
Nexxiot has a tidied-up, traceable SharePoint tenant. Less storage cost, clearly assigned owners, defined retention rules, and a documented target architecture. The foundation for Copilot, AI search, and tighter compliance is in place.
