The Challenge
After the strategic merger, two mature Microsoft 365 tenants with different structures, policies, and data inventories had to be consolidated. Over 150 mailboxes, SharePoint libraries with sensitive client data, Teams structures with ongoing projects – all without interrupting daily operations.

Our Solution
We developed a detailed migration plan: complete inventory of both tenants, harmonization of user identities, phased migration. Email archives first, then active mailboxes with weekend cut-over.
SharePoint content migrated with specialized tools, metadata and permissions preserved. A clear communication plan kept all employees informed.

The complete migration was done in 6 weeks – zero data loss. Employees of both companies work in a unified tenant. Consolidated document structures make client management more efficient.
