The Challenge
Millions of patients leave doctor's offices with a familiar dismissal: 'Your labs are normal.' OLAO Health was founded to close exactly this gap — with a bilingual (DE/EN) digital wellness clinic covering everything from first patient contact through clinical case management to mobile access. The goal was a coherent platform connecting marketing, clinical operations, and mobile access seamlessly — and fast.

Our Solution
CNEXT built the OLAO Health platform as an integrated system on Replit Enterprise.
The public marketing website in React 18 presents symptom tiles, programme pages, and a symptom checker — fully bilingual.
The clinical portal serves as the internal operating system for the OLAO team: real-time dashboard, lead pipeline, patient management, versioned reports, and a full audit log with Replit OIDC authentication.
A React Native Expo app with role-based access keeps clinical staff connected on the go.
Behind the scenes, an Express 5 REST API with OpenAPI 3.1, multi-tenancy, and six roles ties all components into a secure, scalable whole.

The Result
OLAO Health now has a production-ready digital clinic platform that gives patients a validated premium wellness journey, equips practitioners with a complete clinical operating system, and offers partner clinics a franchise-ready model with tiered access rights — all from one consistent, integrated system.
