Inselspital operates a hospital-wide QMS with structured approval workflows covering more than 1,000 quality documents.
The system is powerful — but complex enough that new staff and stakeholders often struggle to see at a glance how a document moves from idea to auditable sign-off.
A short, visually compelling format was needed to map the full lifecycle in under a minute.

Our Solution
CNEXT implemented a hospital-wide QMS on SharePoint Subscription Edition (On-Premises) with structured approval workflows covering more than 1,000 quality documents.
CNEXT Approvals serves as the workflow engine at the heart of the process: every document runs through a four-step lifecycle — Draft created → Expert review → QM approval → Published & versioned.
Each step carries metadata, role-based routing and status tracking.
Versioning and retention policies are enforced automatically, with a full audit trail for every change.
The setup is ISO 9001-compliant and integrates with the hospital's existing identity and document infrastructure.

The Result
To make the abstract QM workflow tangible for new staff and stakeholders, CNEXT built a loopable motion-design animation that runs entirely in the browser.
It maps the full document lifecycle in 20 seconds — from draft to auditable sign-off — and positions CNEXT Approvals visually as the central approval tool.
