The Challenge
Quality documents like SOPs, work instructions, and checklists were scattered across file shares and clinic-specific repositories. No unified, audit-ready platform.
Approvals ran via email, version states weren't reliably traceable. Not sustainable for a university hospital with strict regulatory requirements.

Our Solution
Together with Inselspital we built a hospital-wide QMS on SharePoint Subscription Edition (On-Premises). Unified document structure with clinic-specific areas, a reusable document lifecycle workflow (draft → review → QM approval → publication → re-review), full versioning as audit trail, role-based views, and Power BI compliance reporting for QM owners.

The Result
Inselspital runs a single QMS platform across all clinics and institutes. Staff find the current valid document through central search. Approval cycles run in a structured way, and audit requirements are met through end-to-end versioning.
