The Challenge
A student's file doesn't start on day one: it begins with applications and trial days, grows through admission, internships, assessments, grade feedback, and HR events, all the way to graduation.
Until now, this information lived scattered across applications, file shares, mailboxes, and ERP modules.
Teachers, school office, HR, and internship coordinators needed a complete view – while FADP, education regulations, and internal retention rules set high standards for data protection and deletion.

Our Solution
We're building a central e-Dossier on SharePoint Online for BZ Pflege: one complete digital record per student as a SharePoint Document Set.
When ESCADA starts a new process, the central BZ Pflege API (.NET 10) calls the service and provisions the dossier automatically with the right metadata and permissions.
Power Automate flows fill the right sections, sensitivity labels protect sensitive data, and retention labels via Microsoft Purview enforce retention periods automatically.

The Result
BZ Pflege has a consistent, end-to-end student record from first contact to graduation. Compliance with FADP and education regulations is technically embedded. Manual intervention in the dossier lifecycle is a thing of the past.
