The Challenge
How do you define an IT offering for schools across an entire canton that still meets each school's individual requirements? That's the question the IT Services ERZ Bern team set out to answer.

Our Solution
We built the central EDUBERN portal on Office 365 as an information and collaboration platform between IT-ERZ and the ICT coordinators at schools. The service catalog is modular: schools put together their own package of consulting, operations, support, and custom solutions.

The Result
Schools choose their own service package and navigate the modular catalog faster. IT runs in the background – school leadership and teachers can focus on what they're actually there for.
