The Challenge
Inselspital's 10+ departments each managed their meetings in their own way – with different tools for minutes, agendas, and action tracking. The goal was a unified, structured meeting management system where decisions and tasks are recorded and traceable.

Our Solution
We built a meeting management system on SharePoint Server. Structured agenda management with templates, automatic minutes creation, action tracking with deadlines and owners, links to project tasks, and a searchable archive of all past meetings.

The Result
Over 500 meetings per year are efficiently managed, more than 2,000 actions tracked. Decisions no longer get lost. Preparation time was halved.
