The Challenge
As the umbrella organization for over 60 scientific societies, SAGW had no central platform.
Information and documents were scattered across file shares.
Society representatives struggled to find things, and the head office kept answering the same questions over and over.

Our Solution
We designed and built a modern SharePoint Online intranet: a curated news portal, structured document libraries, and a dedicated member area giving the 60+ affiliated societies structured access to their content. Information architecture, search configuration, and permissions were developed with the head office across several workshops.

The Result
Around 95% of staff and society representatives actively use the intranet. Standard questions have dropped sharply, and knowledge around funding programs, conferences, and regulations now lives in one clearly findable place.
