The Challenge
Microsoft 365 was in place, but usage was not yet consistent. Care professionals stored documents in different ways – locally, in OneDrive, or in SharePoint.
Documents sometimes existed in multiple versions, and device failures risked data loss. Spitex Biel wanted a clear, unified storage strategy for all staff.

Our Solution
We ran a detailed SharePoint and OneDrive integration consultation: analysis of existing structures, definition of a clear storage strategy (when OneDrive, when SharePoint), synchronization configuration, hands-on training for all staff in small groups, and quick reference guides for daily care work.

All data is securely in the cloud and accessible from anywhere – even on home visits. Local storage has been eliminated. Team collaboration is noticeably easier.
