The Challenge
Information was scattered across email, notice boards, WhatsApp groups, and word of mouth. Shift workers missed important news, and there was no unified document storage.

Our Solution
We built a modern, accessible SharePoint intranet: news section with read receipts, central event calendar for all locations, document libraries for policies and forms, and integrated Power Apps for holiday requests and material orders. Deliberately kept simple – intuitive even for less tech-savvy staff.

The Result
The intranet reaches 100% of staff; 95% use it actively at least once per week. From caregivers to administration – everyone has access to the same current information.
